Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. For consultations, the consultation fee acts as the deposit. For treatment appointments, a deposit of £50 is required. This is deducted from the balance payable for your treatment.
Fair Notice Policy
Missed appointments deny other clients access to treatment; therefore we operate a fair notice policy to enable us to look after as many of our clients as possible.
Need to re-schedule or cancel?
As a courtesy to clients waiting for appointments please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to move an appointment. If sufficient notice is provided, your deposit will be re-allocated to your re-scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide the notice outlined above your deposit will be lost.
This policy is valid from 1st January 2025.
